Note: Withdrawals are first processed back to the method(s) used to deposit. If you have a winning that exceeds the total deposits you can withdraw your money to the payment options below.

Refund Policy

Upon making any real deposits, players are able to request a withdrawal (cash out) of any amount of funds which have not yet been used.

Set Deposit Limits

We believe that you should be allowed to manage your own budget for playing Mahjong. You can restrict your weekly deposit limits. This function is set under My Account tab in the client. Please also read our responsible gaming section on the site.

Withdrawal policy

Please take time to read this section. Below are a few reminders when withdrawing at mahjongclub.com.

  • The payee name entered for withdrawal must match the information you used when you registered for your player account.
  • You can only do a single withdrawal per day.
  • You can only withdraw money from the same payment method as you have deposited from (where possible).
  • Withdrawal to MasterCard or Visa is not possible – these will be handled using other methods.
  • Macro Mahjong Platform, LTD offers us free withdrawals every 7 days. Meaning if you withdraw funds on Monday, you can withdraw funds the next Monday with no fee. If you withdraw funds before 7 days of your last withdrawal you will be charged a fee for it.

    The less money we have to pay , the more money we can pay to you, our players, in the form of bonuses and tournaments.   Please plan your withdrawals so that they come more than 7 days apart.

     
 
Know your player process

Your security is our top priority. To protect from fraudulent activities we will need to acquire proper identification from you to be able to process the withdrawal.

To complete this process, please complete:

  • Personal Identification – one photo ID from the following list:
    • Passport
    • Driving license
    • National Identification card (photographic)
    • Citizenship certificate
  • Address Verification – one of the following:
    • Utility Bill (less than 3 months old)
    • Tax Bill
    • Copy of Bank Statement (less than 3 months old)
  • Source of Payment Verification – one of the following
    • Account registered Credit or Debit card (front only)
    • Copy of Credit or Debit card account statement of a card registered on your player account (less than 3 months old)
    • Copy of bank statement – must have a transaction or card number visible on it (less than 3 months old)

Please take note

  • The documents must be comprehensible and legible and have every single one of your usernames or telephone account ID on all documents. If this is not the case processing time may be longer and may result in temporary account suspension.
  • Use the highest resolution available on your scanner, camera, fax machine, etc.
  • Please send scans in JPEG or GIF file formats only with a maximum size of 10MB per page.
  • For your personal security please cover/blank out all digits except for the last four of the account and card numbers, leaving the start and expiry date visible.
  • Please send documents that state your residential address. Unfortunately, documents addressed to a PO Box number is not accepted for validation.

Documents can be certified by any professionally qualified person or equivalent such as:

  • A lawyer / solicitor
  • An accountant / bank manager
  • A town clerk or civil servant (including police, fire or military officers)
  • A doctor/dentist/pharmacist
  • A teacher or professor

Each document must be signed individually by this certifier, who must put their name, signature and rank/title. They must certify that the document that they have seen is the original.

Please DO NOT send in original documents to be certified by us.
